The Arribada SMD Standalone hosts the SMD module, simply breaking out power, an antenna connector, and all the GPIOs you need in a super small form factor. The format enables you to utilse the ESP32 as a standalone microcontroller, meaning you can integrate it directly into a design, or run it on its own to transmit Kineis / Argos doppler messages as a tracker.

Small form factor: At 3cm x 3cm, simply connect a battery and antenna and integrate into you solution right out of the box.

The product is manufactured by the Arribada Initiative C.I.C, a UK Community Interest Company that is VAT registered, so UK VAT is added if you purchase within the UK. If purchasing abroad, VAT is not included with the purchase as you will pay local VAT based on the country you select to ship the kit to.
You are responsible for paying the importation taxes / duties associated with importing the product based on your delivery / shipping address.

Example Arduino code for the SMD Wings & Feather Board
This Github repository contains sample Arduino code for testing the Argos SMD module mounted on the Argos SMD Wings using a Feather board. Two distinct code bases are provided:
- argos-smd-certfication-sample: Test code based on BLE and UART AT commands manager.
- argos-smd-spi-wrapper: Test code based on Serial and SPI commands manager.
Both examples demonstrate key functionalities such as configuration, communication, and power management for the Argos SMD module.
