Register to attend our workshop: One Hour to Space

Join us for a morning session (with coffee!) developing your own satellite telemetry tag and sending a message to a passing Kineis, Argos satellite in just 1 hour.

This workshop will help you to identify how you can benefit from the use of open source satellite telemetry technology within your own programmes and projects, having experienced transmitting your first message to space in less than 1 hour during the session.

We are aiming for 10 participants max, as it’s a hands-on session.

Each participant will be provided with a simple 3D printed enclosure, an Arribada SMD kit and supported by Arribada who will be in attendance. Participants will then be guided through a 1 hour session, unboxing the electronics, installing an antenna, battery and finally some basic configuration before moving outside to transmit a message to a passing Kineis satellite and discussing how you can develop your own tags and solutions.
